Successful team leader has an important mission,  all the time, should be able to see a new good worker when arrive to the floor of the workshop , as it help the production operations to get the maximum potential of achieving long term sustainable goals with minimum possible waste of flaws in handling workshops activities.

Not depending on, an old colleague opinions to manage the operations , regardless of how this old colleagues might seam caring for that team leader support or success,  even they where sincere in the advice still will stop the team leader from obtaining the ultimate goal of the  operation  with  better outcome 👏 and higher results for the company.

Don’t lose a new good worker who tries to support your team because you are comfortable with your old colleagues advices,  it will hold your performance back.
